CHI KUNG

Chi Kung (Qi Gong) is the art of exercising the breath to regulate the internal function of the human body. The function of Chi Kung can be summarized under the following aspects:

• Strengthening the body
• Prolonging life
• Disease prevention
• Disease treatment
• Improving intelligence
• Manifesting and accumulating internal force.

Using the inner workings of Chi Kung you can learn to manipulate life energy circulation in the body.  This is achieved using sacred techniques focusing on the synchronization of breath and movement.  The challenge and quest is to master and harmonize mind, body and soul.
